Hi all - Sunday, Sunday here and having a good weekend in Berkeley, CA.

I took a nice walk with my friend J**** in Alameda, CA along the shoreline yesterday and we saw all sorts of cool natural things - we saw birds diving in the bay and manta rays in the water. For real! It was very cool. There were two or three rays in the water as we sat by the water and watched. Really great. We also saw tons of geese and some baby ducks too. There is a nice path that winds along the shoreline at Crab Cove so we did that walk. It was really lovely.

I have been watching the tennis for the French Open and just heard that Roger Federer dropped out today. He is having trouble with his knees so that is too bad. As I was working on this entry - I watched Serena Williams lose in her match today. So that was too bad. I really love her. Not to be for her this time.

I don't have much to report this week. Work is happening and that is good. Hope all is well with you there where you are .Peace.

So I was going to stay home today and clean the ponderosa and be a really good dooby. Was going to write too. Well cha. It was nice out and I got coraled into going to the lake that is right up the road. We took a little day jaunt to Lake Temescal in Oakland. Now this is the lake that had damage from the hill fire a few years back and had been filled with debris from the burnt trees. Well it is all clear now and absatively bootiful.

So then I thought the one piccie of the lake was so cool that I made an icon. Kind of cool how it came out. I played with the effects and exposure a little. Neato.



So end of picspam for the day. It was a nice weekend and am just chilling now. I am getting that pre-workaday melancholy. Que triste. *sigh*
