I have once again received the honor of a MEFA nomination. Thank you to rhapsody11 for the vote of confidence in my work. I am thrilled and excited.




The story in question is entitled "And We Danced" and it is the love story of Aegnor and Fingon set in the First Age in Beleriand. I wrote it for elveses for the Slashy Santa Swap 2006. I would like to give a big hug and thank you to keiliss. She is an amazing beta and really helped me shape this story.

For the record, it is the first Aegnor story on that site as far as I can tell.

I am really stunned by this as I was not at all expecting it. I don't put out all that many stories but I do work very hard on them.

I think I got second place in the MEFA's.

I am stunned. I am shocked. I am thrilled.

I have been nominated for a MEFA Award for 2006. A Middle Earth Fanfiction Award and was nominated by Rhapsody for my story Voices on the Wind. As a first time author this is just amazing and I can hardly believe it. I have been squeeeeeeing for days here. *bounces*

I am posting a button for MEFA, but it is not a nomination button. I will post one of those when it is available so I can shamelessly self promote again. I do not really care if I win anything with this. It is just so frabjous to be nominated. It really is. So winning is not really the thing at all.
