DW Styles and Customization...
May. 4th, 2009 09:46 pmSo I was playing with the layouts and trying to figure out headers. All of the canned layouts for free accounts do not allow headers or background images but I went to the DW styles comm which is here:
http://dw-styles.dreamwidth.org/profile
And found out that the core2 testing layout allows use of header images, background and other images with layouts. It is very bare bones so you have to do a lot of programming with that one. I am not using that right now, but once I design my banner, I will use that one to put it in here.
I thought that might help people as they design their spaces here. For me it is a matter of figuring out how to get the look that I want here.
So yays!
If you need to know other things, that DW styles comm is very helpful. Cheers!
Do we like it here? I think I do. I have gotten a very nice reply to a help ticket I put in. AND it was the right answer.
