We did a set for the neck and back...spinal flexing and the cat-cow thing, which I love. I was sore from tennis last night (more on that later) and now I feel great and all sort of floaty from the yoga thing. It was very beneficial.

Sending this out to all who need it and to my friend C*** S*** from work here whose mom is ailing and elderly. My thoughts for both of them at this time.

We had a great first session for 2010 and I feel much better for having done it. Today's kriya was for tolerance.

It was a yoga day and so I share this with you...I found out that this is an Irish folk song that was adapted for Kundalini yoga by one of its practitioners.

Also today is 9-9-09. That is kind of cool. New layout on my journal too. Still tweaking.
