Happy Hanukkah - first night!

phynckeJust returned home from Thanksgiving in Oregon. Spent it there with friends and it was very relaxing. We did not do a huge meal - we had pizza and pasta for the dinner and no muss, no fuss. Really easy and no one stressed out. It was really very low key. Stayed at a nice Air BnB there in Medford OR and visited with people in the area. I really like it there and am thinking about a move up there when I retire. We went to this really lovely lake - Fish Lake and it was just simply beautiful.
So now what you are waiting for - Happy Hanukkah. Here is the first menorah picture. I literally just got home so I am lighting the candles late. Had a little worry about my candles fitting the menorah but with a little force - they go on nice and don't tilt at all - so I don't need to run to the Judaica store this year.
