phynckeI am doing this daily yoga thing. A yoga kriya in 11 minutes. My yoga instructor set this up through facebook and we have a yoga partner to reflect with etc. Really good. We are supposed to do this for 40 consecutive days and I am on day 29.
So each night, at the end, I do sing the Long Time Sunshine song. So I thought I would post it to you, and send it out. I really love the sentiment and message it transmits.
