Spreading the joy...

I feel this overwhelming urge to spread this message after I have my yoga class each week so here it is...take this if you need it. Good will mantra. We sing this at the end of our Kundalini session, twice. Once for ourselves and the second time to send out to someone we wish to have it. I especially need this today as we have been getting horrible budget news here at the Uni.
