phynckeTonight is the first night of Passover. This is one of my favorite Jewish holidays and it commemorates the Jews' exodus from Egypt and release from the bonds of slavery. Here is some information on the holiday on Wiki:

The first two nights are observed with a sedar, a ritualized meal where the Hagadah is read and the story is retold. I do love this holiday.
I am not doing anything this year but I have very fond memories of this holiday with my family.
I always do hold these holidays in my heart.
