I thought this was gone but I saw this on someone's post and snagged it. I try not to eat junk food or fast food but I occasionally will hit Jack in the Box for their 99 cent tacos (2 for that price). It is a mild transgression and who can go wrong for the 99 cent thing. I do hit some local burger spots but those are not fast food places really - they are more like local restaurants - I like the Smokehouse and Oscars for a good local burger.

Anyhoot. That is my answer to this very tempting question. :)

I don't really celebrate this holiday. I am just going to a movie and dinner tonight. That is all.

Our current one. Obama! The republicans are a pack of idiots IMHO and their economic policies are designed to sink the middle class below the poverty level. Just an observation in reflection on this topic.

I was getting ready for work when I got a frantic call from a friend telling me to turn on the news with an OMG this is not happening. It was unclear what was happening at that point but I called in sick to work to take care of her son for the day as she did not want him to go to daycare. We watched the coverage on the news all day long and the mounting horror of the situation became clear. I will never forget that day as long as I live.
