This cake was made by Fiona Cairns using the Joseph Lambert technique. I have no idea what that means but it is very pretty, I think. Looks delicious and very edible, unlike some fancy cakes that don't look like you could eat it.

Come to find out the Royals or their staff are very active on twitter and have been posting cool links all through the planning process of the wedding, who knew? They can be found there as Clarence House. It took me two secs to find them. Anyways. Lots of snippets of public domain info on there if you want it. They mentioned that on BBC America that the Royals were very into the social media thing and I snooped a bit.
