She wrote this amazing story for me for the Slashy Valentine this time around and I laughed and cried my way through it. I adored it. I am sure you will too. The dialogue is brilliantly witty and the description is beautifully done. And there are cakes flying around and cream puffs. Just fab.

For Tolkien fans...

I want to give props to the writer of my Ardor in August fic,

larienelengasse, she wrote a sweeping epic of a story for my request which I totally enjoyed. A little warning in that there is some tragic sadness in the tale but I don't want to give anything away. This chronicles the friendship and love of Glorfindel and Thranduil through the long years of the Second Age through the Third Age. Much happens and yes, there is tragedy. The description is rich and the characters very well developed. I highly recommend that you give this one I read. I found myself totally absorbed in this one and truly caring about the character.
