I finished my Slashy Valentine!

And it is not as bad as I thought it was. I am really my own worst critic. I hate the story all the way through and it is really painful writing it but then on the read through - I start thinking - hey - this is not that bad and it starts to grow on me. It is about 3800 words - not too long - not too short. And it does not suck. I got it done and sent it off to aglarien1 for beta. So I am not totally done - I will still have to absorb the beta notes and finalize it but the draft is done and sent it off. Go me!

I am much relieved. I even got a title that I like and that does not sound stupid. Huge relief that - titles are hard to come up with.

Watching the Australian Open on TV and relaxing. Life is good.

Well done for getting it finished. It did sound like you were really struggling on your previous post.
I'm sure whoever receives it will be delighted. You put in a lot of work.
