I am posting from the Chrome browser and really enjoying the experience. Much cleaner and leaner and I have noticed that Firefox times out a lot. That combined with LJ's issues makes posting a really aggravating experience. All that aside, here is today's selection. Gene Murphy.

In other news...

I went to see Captain America again on Friday and enjoyed it a lot the second time around. I noticed more and found it to hold up on the second viewing. I will probably own that movie as well as Thor. I think the Avengers movies are worth collecting. I really enjoy them and look forward to the big one next Summer with all of them. Woot.

Yesterday, Boo went to the vet for her acupuncture and tests. She has gained 3 oz and had gained some weight before so she has gained a total of 5 oz. I am super psyched about this. It means my feeding plan is working. So yays. She acted up at the vet and did some hissy fit action. They had to muzzle her for the procedures but that was ok. They did not want her to scratch and bite. Her appetite is good and she seems to be responding to the acupuncture so that is good. I got another lesson on how to give her the fluids so will see how that goes.

I then spent the day running around doing errands and some shopping. I went to Good Wills looking for towels. My idea was to get some towels that I can use for Boo so I don't ruin my good towels. The first Good Will had very little and the second one had a nice set of blue stripey ones. So now, the feline has her own set of linens. I got them for a good price and that is good. Wootles.

I also got myself a new bra and some earrings at Kohls. I was looking for a shirt for my interview on Tuesday but think I can make due with something from my wardrobe. I did not see anything good. I have a plan to get my nails done on Monday for this and hopefully will look all put together for it.

That is about it for the weekend.

Cheers to all and hope all is well with you!

Long story behind this, but I've got the worst time finding bras that fit me but are also comfy. How does one 'measure' a cup size if there is such a thing? Or do we just have to try different bras since it seems that different manufacturers make them differently. Like the way jeans are cut.

Glad to hear about Boo. :)

A friend of mine has actually been fitted for bras. She said that is the best thing to do. I have had good luck just trying them on but you can get fitted at Macy's I think or at Victoria's Secret. Then you will know what your size is supposed to be. The back size is as important as the cup size too.

It is hard. I think. I have also heard that Nordstrom's will do a fitting for you too. Good to check that out. They do the actual measuring etc.

Thanks. That's what I really need to do. I feel awkward getting a measurement then walking out to buy cheaper bras a t Walmart. *snort*

I don't know what to say on that as there is an expectation that you would buy one. Also walmart bras not so good unless they have the name brands like bali etc. I would do the fitting and maybe buy one on sale at the place you go. You can get good deals at those places. You might need a better quality bra as well. I noticed a difference when I got the Bali ones that I have now (I got them on sale at Kohls). Kohls has pretty good deals on them but they don't do the fitting thing. I would google where to get fitted or how to fit a bra and see what you find too.

I also replace my bras when they wear out. That is important. Bras have a certain life to them too. The elastic wears out etc.

Usually I try to get name brands at Walmart or Target. For example, my mother loves Warners so I have a couple of those that she sent to me. I also have Maidenform, Vassarette, and Fruit of the Loom (Don't know how good those last three are).

TMI....I'll email you the rest. ;)

I'm glad things are going well and Chrome has a LJlogin equivalent if you'd like one. Its called LJJuggler and it was created by a Milliways' person.

Good luck with the interview.

Captain America is on the list to see. Loved Thor and LOVED the final Harry Potter. Those 2 were must sees. I hope we can catch CA before it leaves the theater.

Good news on Boo. :)

I loved all the movies you mention. Saw them all twice. :P Movie addict here. Captain America is worth a see in the theater. Gorgeous movie.

She is going ok and I am fattening her up. Expensive little cat. LOL. But I loves her. :)

Just saw Harry P this morning. Really good but sad...I want more... LOL

Glad kitty is doing better.

Good luck with the interview.

I love drive ins. That would be totally fun. We have to go some distance to get to one here but totally worth it.

I loved Harry Potter...I will miss that series and hope they will show them in theaters again...like they did with LOTR. That would be good.

She is good...I am working on her. *huggles*
