Really, very good news today!

My supervisor told me that my reclass (promotion in Uni speak) was approved by HR. That is very good news. Now it has to be reviewed by the Union (which could take 60 days) and then I get to talk turkey (equity pay). I am on my way. This was where it got hung up before so I am past the first hurdle and down the track.
