Would you be interested in a constructive criticism journal community. A place where you could post your writing and get real feedback from other writer's in a supportive way? I remember from writing classes how good that was and instrumental to my writing that was. This would not really replace the beta process but would be a way to get constructive feedback on ideas and pieces of writing as you work on them. Just a thought. Comment if you would be interested in this. I was hoping to get a small but supportive group of people together to do this. The idea would be that people could post their writing and get concrit in comments. You might be able to post a chapter or story idea that you wanted workshopped in this way.
