So I was having a work conversation on the phone with a colleague and she got a cell phone, personal call and cut out of our call to take a personal call. We were by no means done with our convo either...mid sentence, I gotta get this.

Level of appropriateness on that?

Personally, I turn my cell phone ringer off and check my phone on breaks. I also do use my cell for some work stuff.

I won't say anything but it better have been an emergency. But I have seen her hanging out on her cell phone at work, a lot.
