In other news...

Last night I saw the movie RED and just loved this. The whole cast --Bruce Willis, Helen Mirren, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich, Karl Urban and Mary Louise Parker were just great. This movie had good comedic timing, great dialogue and lots of explosions and fight scenes. Very funny, smart and good entertainment. A very fun premise. No spoilers here. I suggest you see it for a really good movie.

Today, I am getting my hair done at the salon. I am going to do color and cut and am looking forward to that. I do need a cut and definitely need color so yay!

This week coming up, I have a very important web cast project for a campus wide meeting so I am nervous about that. We are working in a large room so there are challenges to this. I hope it will all work alright.

I did start a workshop series on self empowerment...it combines yoga and work on that.

That is all that is going on with me.
