I am late...I am late...

It was a really distracting day...what with our LOSS and all. :P I will get over it, someday. *sniffle* Anyhoo. Here is a lovely man for us all to enjoy here. He looks athletic and I just love this piccie and the mirror thing going on. Just fun. He so pretty.

So hope you like that. I sure do.
Things in the life...
Tonight I cooked the best dinner. I had sea scallops in olive oil, garlic, and lemon. I pan fried them and they came out moist and delicious. I seared them on both sides and then cooked them pretty good. With that I had steamed asparagus and brown rice. I am getting the hang of this cooking for one thing. Not so bad. It is about having the sides in the house and then I pick up the main entree that day based on what I feel like eating. I usually don't go for packaged meats, I buy direct from the counter in a portioned amount for one. I will cook extra portions if I want to have leftovers...so I will cook for two if I feel like that.
I did a lot of errands this weekend, slept some and watched the end of the Olympics. What will I do without my daily curling to watch. *sob* I will miss those guys. I really will.
This week coming up is going to be a bear. I have a large event on Thurs. There is a huge protest happening state-wide for education funding this week. The whole UC system. And just lots to do. I canceled one thing because it tipped my balance straight to crazy. So that was wise. I could move it to another week and stay sane. It is all about balance and doing things well.
Hope you all had a good weekend and this week coming up goes well for you. Cheers.
