In other news...

A quiet weekend here and I really did need it. I am experiencing some tension with a co-worker at work. Things got uncomfortable in a meeting that we had early last week and she adopted a bit of a condescending attitude. I told her to watch that a little bit and she stomped off in what I would term a "huff". It really was. We are civil with each other but not much more. I am ok with that as I don't believe in taking that kind of crap from people. She is also a personal friend so I am hoping that we can work it out. I am the only person she adopts this attitude with and I have a feeling it is rooted in feelings of jealousy there.

I need to get going on this story I have drafted. No slash in this one. It is another one in my Cousins series that I want to write. So I will see if I can get that moving. I have a first partial draft done on that and then some hand written notes for the ending so I should be able to get that together.

I am starting to exercise. Adding some extra walking into my routine. I am hoping that will jump start some weight loss or at least better fitness. I have my annual physical this week and had my blood tests last week so fingers crossed on those.
