At least The Freak got to play...
Oct. 21st, 2014 09:39 pmLet's not talk about tonight - well only in hushed, sympathetic tones. Tred softly, my friends. The Giants lost 7-2 in a really lopsided game. Their pitching was not there - never hit its groove and the Royals totally went to town on them with a mid-game - 5 run inning that put this game out of reach. The Giants never really got their footing and that was too bad. The one good thing was that they put Timmy Lincecum in for a little bit of his freaky pitching and he did pretty well.
The next three games are in San Francisco so we will make this up there. The series is now tied 1-1 - so it is anyone's guess who will take it. I would like to see the Giants win the next three games and take the series at home! Yeah!
