I am officially on vacation...

And spent my first night of it doing laundry. Really exciting but had to be done. I had to clean the linens for my house guest, khylea who arrives tomorrow afternoon and then the real fun can commence.

Tomorrow the bathroom gets fixed and all will be well. Living without the toilet has been a challenge. That is an important thing to be without. Really a PIA. I am considering prorating my rent down to cover the days that my apartment was not functioning properly. I should just do that to compensate myself for this. Ridiculous. I feel like I should get a break on the rent because of this.

Oh and work - I cannot tell you. People decide they can do all this last minute stuff the day that I have to go on vacation and was trying to prepare for that. I really felt like I hated everyone today and really needed a break. Unbelievable.

Anyhoo. Think good thoughts that they can fix the pipes.
