It was a very good session today with a really long meditative part. Time to think is rare in my daily life and my mind wandered and sorted through some problems. I feel like I came up with some creative solutions to some issues. When you lay there and think, it is such a luxury. Life gets so busy and full of noise sometimes. Have been sleeping earlier this week. Feel better for that too. Be well all.
