I'm late! I'm late!

I have to admit I am late with the Bunday photo this week. I have been fighting off the flu and a sore throat and I just forgot to post the piccie yesterday. So here he is. I really like this photo from Dylan Rosser. It has a whimsy to it. You will see.

In other news...
I had a sore throat starting this weekend (Saturday) so while I was out with the gals from work, I checked into the Pharmaca holistic pharmacy and armed myself with the following:

Zicam zinc spray
Thayers throat losenges with slippery elm
Throat Coat tea with slippery elm in it

This all seems to have worked as the sore throat is gone and I am feeling achey but not too bad. I have been drinking fluids and taking aspirin and seemed to have gotten through the worst of this. Yay for homeopathy.

I think I feel well enough to take myself out to IHOP for pancakes. That must mean I am better. Woo.
