My chiro is open today and I got a call back from the receptionist there. I am leaving in 5 minutes for my treatment. Thank the powers. I am not in too much pain but I am uncomfortable. So this is great!

Later I go to the hot tubs. Looks like it is spa day for the phyncke.

Woo hoo.

Nice for a MOAN-day off. Later gators.
