Jun. 13th, 2006 07:07 amSo I am off of work today and sit here sipping a nice cup of coffee and relaxing. I have been invited to the graduation from grammar school of my closest friend Julie's child, Nicholas. He is an awesome 12 year old with shocking red hair and freckles, skinny body and knobby knees. So very bright. He is graduating from 5th grade and he has asked that I be there to see him move on to Junior High School. He is all thrilled about it.
I think these things are a big deal and I have known him since he was born so I am SO going to this. Dressing up and everything. Yep yep. We will sit there for a long time, I am sure but it is very worth it. Nick goes on to private school next year but he will have passed out of grammar school. He is going to be a little TEENAGER. Ahhhhh. *runs off screaming*
*points* Look at the new icon I made. Every bay area person has to make a bridge icon. I have another too. But this one came out very well. I had fun with the wierdness of the text on it. Yayness.
