I have a five minute go to soup for when I need one in a hurry - I put frozen peas in a saucepan, cover with water to the level of the peas and bring to the boil. Then I turn off the heat and blend it with fresh tarragon, ground pepper, a knob of butter, and milk - added to make it the consistency I like. Then it is ready to eat - I put mine in a large mug and have it that way.
