2. nonconformist, independent, loner.
By definition a loner. That won't work in politics as you have to build consensus to get anything done so this term she is using is not actually good for any politican. A loner is something that reminds of of the unibomber not a characteristic I would like in the President of the United States. Edit: Or Vice President either.
