Men in Black 3 (2012)

Summary: (from IMDB)
Agent J travels in time to MIB's early years in the 1960s, to stop an alien from assassinating his friend Agent K and changing history.

Honestly, I am not a huge fan of this series. It is ok but I really enjoyed this installation. I like the whole time travel element in it and Will Smith is just spot on with Tommy Lee Jones as the perpetual straight man here. Josh Brolin rocks it as the young K and he really totally got K in his performance, he IS K. This is a very funny movie, lots of laughs and the plot works. We learn something important about J (not giving this away) but it is very touching. I am going to have to go back and watch the others in this series as I think I am mistaken about these. Good film, lots of laughs and I really enjoyed the dialogue, quick, snappy and sharp. Oh and Emma Thompson totally good in this...Agent O!

Excellent, very funny!

Recommend:
Yes! For good laughs.

Warnings:
Some ooze factor and gross alien stuff. Not too bad.

Here is a selection for Bunday and this is interesting because he has a major amount of body art. Most of these photo shoots have guys that don't have any of that. This guy's ink is impressive too...beautifully done. I am not that into tattoo's but though I would post this for a different kind of thing...

*He is clothed but still not safe for work*

In other news...
I am having a very relaxing weekend and I have done a lot of writing on my AiA story. I am in really good shape with it and think I will give it a rest for now. I hit 6k on the word counter and now need to do some story planning to get the rest of it done. I don't want it to range out of control now so plotting needs to happen.

I like relaxing and hanging out. Spending time with the Boo. I don't know what is up for Memorial Day. Something low key for me. I might go see the Avengers again. I am totally up for that again. Popcorn and the team! Yayus.

Anyways. I hope everyone is having a good weekend, wherever you are. Enjoy the extra day off in the USA.

Cheers!

Piers Morgan, CNN
Interview with the Dalai Lama (2012)

Honestly, most TV news interviews drive me crazy because the interviewer takes center stage and does not let the subject of the interview talk enough. Well, I had the pleasure of watching Piers Morgan interview the Dalai Lama on CNN last night. I think it was aired on Saturday night. He is an exceptional journalist and does not compete with his guest for the center spot. He lets them shine and asks really relevant questions, allowing space for them to talk, elaborate and say really meaningful things.

The Dalai Lama himself had many things to say and is a model for how to lead your life. That totally came through on this interview. He lives simply, plainly and with meaning. I thoroughly enjoyed him and he is a very happy person. He truly shined here and it was wonderful to see him broadcast worldwide.

I am sure I will be watching more of Piers Morgan's interviews. He is sharp, intelligent and really does understand his role as an interviewer - it is to facilitate someone else talking and to ask good questions. He is great!
