Here we are...
May. 8th, 2011 10:43 amWith today's post! Yahoo. I found a nice looking fella for Mother's Day so any Mom's out there, this one is for you! Woot. Eye candy! I am contemplating adding a full frontal Friday post so comment in if you have an opinion on on that. This is the Bunday post and then there would be a Friday Frontal thing. I am looking for thoughts and feelings on the Full Frontal Friday idea...

In other news...Movie review for Thor...
This movie delivered in all aspects of the production. I had forgotten that this was a Kenneth Branagh directed epic and he is one of my favorite actors and directors (think Henry V). This was well cast and well acted and I think Branagh got great performances out of his cast. Visually, this was stunning and I think it will please the comic book fans in that fandom. Costumes rocked it and the actors were selected to fit with their comic book personna. It all worked. Creatures, there were and fierce ones at that. The visual effects of the transportation device were ultra cool and interesting and I don't want to give away anymore. Chris Hemsworth played Thor and was the right combo of drop-dead gorgeous and nordic looking. The shots without his shirt on well - HUBBA HUBBA, ladies. He the man. I loved Natalie Portman in this one and her reactions were honest and refreshing. Go see this in the theater as you will want the full impact of the effects. It is a big movie and needs the big screen. Enjoy it and let me know what you think! Also - be sure to stay after the credits, there is an added scene there for Avenger fans.
