So as part of our evaluation process, you can fill out a self evaluation. It is voluntary to do so but I always do this as a way of reflecting for the year and focusing things for my supervisor. It asks you what you think your successes have been and what your goals are. Pretty basic. I really had fun doing my eval this year as I have done quite a bit this year and done some innovative things:

-launched internship program with local HS
-web streaming of information meetings for campus
-successful events planned (6 large scale ones)
-submitted reclassification

I really have gone well beyond the job description that is on record for me. So this is fun and I am pretty happy at work here. Yays! I do like what I do and I work in a place that has allowed me to grow. I don't really wait to be assigned things, I just take on projects and develop ideas. Very fun.

It is good to reflect on work life. Now I just need more money. That would be good.
