Done with work for the year...

I finished work for the year yesterday. It was sort of an anti-climactic day. The only thing I really had to do there was put all the away messages up on our email accounts and our voice mail and hang out until 3pm. I am still a little sick so I am going to rest a few days, wrap up the gifts I have for my friends here and relax. I really feel like I need some down time. Normally, work is very busy and I think I am run down in general. So a few days of R&R will be good.

I have some projects planned for the break. Going through my house and decluttering, my books, CD's etc. I want to take some stuff to consignment...etc.

Some thanks are in order. Hugs to lotrangel and fimbrethial for the v-gifts to my journal. Very sweet. Thank you to jaiden_s for the gift certificate. I have plans for that.

I got a very small Christmas drabble done yesterday which I plan posting on Christmas Eve. So look for that.

We have decided that our Christmas dinner will be at Red Lobster. We love Red Lobster. I am so looking forward to that. We even called to be sure they were open. They are and the hostess said they are NOT busy that night usually. It should be a nice dining experience. Yays!
