In other news...
Not much time to be on the computer this weekend and I think this is better for my neck and back. The more time off the better I feel really. Less stress tension on the bod. I think I am going to make this the rule really. More time off than on when I am off work. Sorry to say that but I will do my best to keep up.

I went with my friends to Santa Cruz yesterday. We took two kiddos, well not kiddos they are teens and the dog and drove on down there. We dropped the kids at the boardwalk and went off in search of a suitable place to hang with the pooch. Hard to find actually but finally we found a spot called Natural Bridges down there which allowed dogs in the park and a lagoon area. We could not take the Violet onto the beach but she did get a good play in the woods and interior of the park. We had bought our picnic food at Whole Foods and had a nice time there. Most delicious sandwich. Later we went in town and found a great cafe for blended drinks at the Bad Ass Coffee Co right on Pacific Avenue in Santa Cruz. They had a great selection of drinks there and their own brand of coffee. Really good there. Highly recommend. All in all a nice day.

Today is hair day and I am getting a cut and color. Woo. I have my discounted rate all worked out with my hair dude so I am all set. Yays! I always feel better when the hair looks good. My grey is peeking through so it is time. :P

Hope everyone is doing well. I have a big work week coming up. A kid's program to wrangle and a staff party to get off the ground. Bizzy there.
