This week I was sick for most of it but I am feeling better now. I was out from work for two days and could not really afford that but it is good to be better now.

Yesterday was friend J***'s kid's b-day. I have known him since he was born and so we do a big thing for his birthday. He is 14 and it is just amazing that he is going to high school next year. Yowsa. We took him to Santa Cruz for the day so that he and a friend could hang out and do the ride thing.

Personally, I spent too much money on things but I will end up ok this month. No worries there. I will just have to economize a little bit through the end of the month. I can do that.

This week will be a really busy week at work. I have my big awards ceremony to finish off my program on Wednesday. Lots to do for that. Then I have two conferences to get ready for for people to go to. I cannot wait for some quiet with summer here.

I am working on a graphics-dollier alliance forum and getting that ready. I just need to get the banners in there for that. Any graphics makers interested in that should comment on my post here and remind me. I will be doing posts around but it will help me to remember who is interested.
