Home for the day...
Jan. 3rd, 2008 05:14 pmIs anyone else getting errors and timeouts when they try and comment on LJ? Quite annoying that. I was also having that issue on GJ which makes me think it is some online journaling conspiracy. Perish the thought. That is just my overtaxed, paranoid mind at work.
This morning I woke up with my stomach in fits and made a mad dash for the bathroom and ... *goes no further along those lines* Suffice to say I was ill enough to stay home for the day and wallow in malaise. Did not eat all day. I am finally feeling up to a bit of food now. No eggs, Binky. Hammy cheeze sandy on wheat with some cheeps. See how that goes down.
I had the handy man to work on the sink. I tell you, it was a heroic effort. They snaked and snaked the blasted sink and it was clogged more than you can imagine. THREE major clogs down there and no it was not my fault. It was sediment build up in these old pipes here. They finally got it clear but my dude recommends more work. I will speak to the LL about that and see if he will pony up the dough and time to check out the situation there. The guy I had in recommended snaking down there with a camera so you can actually see the condition of the piping. Pretty cool and hi-tech. Woo.
So this is an egg-citing entry. Sorry to bore you with the mundane details of my pathetic egg-sistence. *snort*
