In other news, my landlord basically told me his "goals and aspirations" last night on the phone. He called in response to an email I sent him about him having to notify me when he needs to enter my place. The upshot is this. He wants to move in here for a year and then get some swank apartment in San Francisco. Now...that ain't legal. If you move someone out for an owner move in you gots to live in the place for 3 years. So what an *ss. I tell you he is a mofo. I am also really surprised he gave me that info. Now why would you tell someone that? Someone who sent you a legally letter. Duh. Cuz you are not that bright.
