Still in recovery from the Dean's lunch we had today. We have a wonderful Associate Dean from Madrid, Espana and he likes to take the staff out to lunch. Well lunch often involves the wine. Mucho vino...
*hic*
So today's selection was a 2004 Chardonnay from Navarro Vineyards. A really nice elegant wine from the Alexander Valley, CA. Unpretentious and quite good. I love California wines. We got the wine thing going on...we do.
jaiden_s, let me know what you know about this one. *hic*
Got me plowed.
I really liked it!
Food report:
For lunch I had the risotto and preceeded by the house salad with a vinaigrette dressing. Then for dessert we had the chocolate souffle. We all shared that. *nod and hic*
I am home now and trying to get some things (first spelled "tings") accomplished. Getting fuck all done. *hic*
Sheesh.
This explains why I don't usually partake of the grape. *head desk, eyes close*
