phynckeI had a long and hard week at work with hardly anytime to post in my faithful journal. I did not do much today except play online and chat with far away friends. Ran some errands and managed to get some things done around the house so I am not totally behind.
I am so excited about tomorrow. I am going to get a full body massage at a local spa that I absolutely adore. I know that I will be a boneless human afterwards. I love getting a massage. They put on that ethereal new age instrumental music and you just float away into nothingness. I am getting a swedish massage where they use slow motion on your body to create heat and lessen muscle tension. I do not really get into deep tissue massage. I find that too painful. This will be total relaxation. I am going for an hour. I have done an hour and a half before which is the perfect length but I cannot afford that this time. I am truly stoked about this though.
After the massage I will most likely sleep for a while. That is the usual drill. It will be a most excellent day.
