Snowflake Challenge Day 15

In your own space, Talk about Your Snowflake Experience.

So this was my first time doing the Snowflake Challenge. In previous years, I had seen and enjoyed the posting but this was the first year I had participated. I have to say I found it to be lots of fun and on the even numbered days, I was really looking forward to the odd numbered days and the posting of the challenges. There was only one challenge I did not do so I found most of them very doable and accessible. So much enjoyment. I also liked meeting new people while doing this and the commenting back and forth. I made some new friends for my journal and increased the activity on my journals by some so that was an added bonus there. My journal had been inactive for some time and I have just been getting back into DW/LJ so this was a good way to do that. So from my perspective, really loved it and I will do it again for sure. I want to thank the moderators and admins for the Snowflake Challenge for coming up with the excellent prompts and for organizing this. Such a great idea. It is a great way to generate activity on the journals and bring people together. Really wonderful. As I said, I will do this again and think I will add it to my annual schedule.

Thank you too! Although we run the event it really wouldn't be the same without all our wonderful participants, we meet so many lovely people over the course of the challenge, people who share their lives as well as their fandoms.

I'm so glad you decided to join in this year, and especially that you've had fun and enjoyed the challenges. Hope to see you again next year :)

It's a really good and semi-structured way to start the year, and there are nice prompts to get thinking about over the whole time. Welcome back to a higher activity level.

I am really enjoying posting on the journals right now so I hope to keep this up. I like the longer form posting and the writing. So will see how I do.

I really enjoyed this year too -- I feel like doing this in January is a fun way to jumpstart the year, and meet a lot of new fandom people. I have to say though, I love your header -- it is so distinctive. I don't remember a lot of the journals I saw this year but I absolutely remember yours! :)
