At least The Freak got to play...

Let's not talk about tonight - well only in hushed, sympathetic tones. Tred softly, my friends. The Giants lost 7-2 in a really lopsided game. Their pitching was not there - never hit its groove and the Royals totally went to town on them with a mid-game - 5 run inning that put this game out of reach. The Giants never really got their footing and that was too bad. The one good thing was that they put Timmy Lincecum in for a little bit of his freaky pitching and he did pretty well.

The next three games are in San Francisco so we will make this up there. The series is now tied 1-1 - so it is anyone's guess who will take it. I would like to see the Giants win the next three games and take the series at home! Yeah!

when I saw they won, I instantly thought of you. On one hand I'd like the Giants to win because of Jake Peavy it would be awesome for him to have a ring with both Boston and SF. The guy deserves it.. then on the other hand it'd be nice for the Royals to win given it's been 29 years since they won a WS.. don't really matter to me who wins because neither are my team but it's baseball and I am a baseball fan so I watch but yeah I thought of you :-)

Thanks for thinking of me. I would like my Giants to win but that is me. :)

We were sad when KC beat our Orioles but good luck to your Giants!
