Spent today with the animals...
So today we went to the Oakland Zoo. I did not get any good pics with my phone so no pictorial essay to share. I do have a cool factoid that I learned at the zoo.
Did you know that -
Elephants have 150,000 muscles in their trunks?

For dinner we used a group on coupon at my neighborhood Indian-Nepali restaurant, Mount Everest. Fabulous meal and wish I had done what![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
khylea did and ordered the most expensive entree on the menu. We got an appetizer and two entrees with our coupon and I did not figure out that I could have gotten anything. Silly me. I did love my meal though- the tikka masala. Love that.
Fun day in the local vacation here in California. Not missing work. LOL.
