( My first rant )What the real story is...
Based on the very inteliigent commentary and further research on this topic, I revise here. As it turns out, Presidents don't necessarily honor this holiday at Arlington--as one of the commenters here pointed out, they might do so at their home town. Also, President Obama chose to honor at Lincoln National Cemetery because of a recently fallen soldier (in Afghanistan) and to pay respects with his family. That ceremony was cancelled due to inclement weather. I am always willing to admit when I am wrong on something and I am really happy to be wrong in this case. I think I was very upset in this case.
