I hemmed and I hawed...Ardor in August!

I flailed around for a bit. Self-recriminations, self doubt and all that analytical BS that goes into deciding to do the Ardor in August challenge. Would I have time? Would I be motivated? Would I be able to produce anything worth reading? But I know there will be others out there suffering along with me. I will not be alone and that comforting thought tipped my decision. I have signed up for Ardor in August 2015. I even said I would beta if anyone needs me to.

So that is that. I now wait to see what my prompt will be - what sort of story I will be able to put together. But this is fun. I will put aside my WIP a bit longer and do this one. So feel free to comment in here if you have signed up! We can commiserate together! I am glad I will do this. I will have a fresh new, shiny story to work on and a deadline to work towards. Yay!

Hiya! I'm currently trudging through a Heroine Big Bang but even knowing I will be beat by the time the prompts come in I bit the bullet. I do love the Slashy Santa/Ardour in August swap - run by people we know, lots of friends and acquaintances participating. I think every entry has its worth and some MANY are really stellar.

I'm so glad you joined in - your posts in the last round were a lot of fun and helpful - it's almost co-moding and it feels like having a personal cheerleader!

I'm in, though it'll mean another long pause before I post the next WIP chapter. I had to sit out last year because of the cancer thing, so there was less angsting and analysing this time, lol.

We can wring our hands and wail together when the muse heads off to Vegas for the month of July!
