phyncke | Pet peeves and how you can help

So I walk out of my apartment, in a good mood, ready to face the day and what do I see? Trash in the hall. Piles of recycling. Smelly recycling. Man. She is at it again! The trash leaving ho be at it again! *stomp* I fume as I leave the house and try to figure out what to do about this. We have a place for trash. We have big cans in the driveway and bins out there. This has got to stop.
