I am sure there are some really rabid (I use the word on purpose) football fans who are supporters of Michael Vick, but I am just floored that he got hired by the Philadelphia Eagles. FLOORED. This man...I do not have the words.

Here is a really interesting op ed piece about the situation and it goes into the kind of mind that could do what that man did to animals and the likelihood that he will end up hurting people and doing worse things. Cruelty to animals often times leads to worse crimes.

I saw a show where those animals were worked with and rehabilitated. It was painful to watch because of what they had been through.

This is just amazing to me. I am so stunned. How ultimately depressing.
