Quick update:
I got an email back from the owner of www.sparkletags.com. It turns out that she did not know the image was there. She had other people maintain the site and it got there without her say so. She has removed the image and was nice about it. I am posting her e-mail to me for your info. Thanks to those of you who sent an email in! That rocks.

Look I am very sorry this was put on my site, I was out with surgery for awhile and had someone running my site for me. I would not have allowed something like that put on my site since my own brother in law is gay and so is my cousin.the image has been deleted.
